Its rather simple to decide than to do. Once decided that we need a complete CMS to manage our website in a better way, we need to think again. The best way to create a CMS is to plan your needs.
Q. There are lots of free CMS available in market then what's the need to have our own?
A. Every CMS available in market has been designed considering the general and some customized needs of web administrator. Its always not possible to go with a general framework for a custom site. If you look at Joomla (my favorite) or Drupal you may find a lots of options to consider your needs but when it comes to launching a site with it you think twice as you don't want to go into deep technicals of Joomla or Drupal. Its just that you want to add a link and proceed with writing something on the link. What all you need is a rare simple framework to work rather than a complicated stuffed environment.
I have a simple solutions to some of such issues. The solutions is iFacto CMS from me. This is used in all my projects and it becomes really easy to mange my sites using iFacto.
The framework is simple yet powerful and expandable.
It consist of 2 index files. One is located in the front and another one is actually the base style index.php file located in feels or template folder. The two basic constituent of this framework is site.php and controller.php. The configuration file is there in config folder. See the rest of all is ok without any other file. A simple PHP CMS Framwork.
